Improvements

ProcessMaker 3.9.8 includes the following improvements:

1. ProcessMaker now supports PHP 8.5 and MySQL 8.4, aligning this release with the latest runtime and database improvements.
2. OAuth token security has been improved by adding support to revoke access tokens.
3. Improved API error handling for OAuth token deletion by sanitizing responses to prevent disclosure of the internal OAuth access token table name.
